Hiking Mt. Coropuna

In Chuquibamba, Peru our home for children hiked the tallest and largest volcano in Peru:  Nevado Coropuna, sitting at 6377 m/20922 ft. The base of the volcano is only about a half-hour drive from the home in Chuquibamba. To hike to the top from the base camp takes 2-3 days, but the views and short hikes around the volcano kept everyone enthused. Icon Workshops for a Culture of Art

In Ukraine, the houses of studies held a workshop on icon painting.  The study of art elevates the culture and produces fruit in the different projects that our sisters will undertake.
